Our loading dock is chilled to 36 degrees to maintain the integrity of the product from the farm. All the way through our distribution line, until it reaches the customer's door, every effort is made to protect perishables. That is why we maintain, in our islands, the largest refrigerated fleet of delivery trucks and chill docks for shipping and receiving product.
