Some Old, Some New

That's right.

Sue Hillman is back with us in St. Thomas.

She left for a few years to return to the kitchen,

but now we welcome our returning culinary Chef

and so will our Customers.
Many of you met Mike Brophy, at the Food Show.

After 12 years as a Buyer & Category Manager with Cheney Brothers, MIke Brophy started with us this past Summer.

As our Florida Marketing Manager, he rolled-out our new Food Service Equipment and Small Wares Line.

Now he has replaced Folker as the Dry Buyer.

 
With Bruno having returned to France,

Chip Welfeld has brought his 22 years of Food Service experience to fill his place in Sales.

Among which are:

American College of Switzerland, Leysin Switzerland; European Hospitality Concepts and Culinary Arts.
