The Department of Transportation each month gives an "It's Not My Job" award to the employee nationwide who best proves to be unwilling to go outside of the scope of assigned tasks. This month's winner was the Arizona DOT employee who recently painted the new centerline on Arizona State Road 85 in Litchfield Park, AZ.
